Chromebooks with Sonny

Thank you to Sonny who came in to work with KS2 on the chrome books yesterday. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it.

Y5 Lego Day

Y5 had a fantastic Lego day today – learning how to programme robotics. We have some talented pupils in our school!

Goodbye Mrs O’Malley

It is with real sadness we said goodbye to Mrs O’Malley today. She’s volunteered, lead classes and supported us all throughout the school. We can’t thank you enough for all the work you’ve done and will continue to do in your role as parent. We wish you the best of luck and wish you well!!

Celebrate Reading

This week Y6s and Y5s have been to read books with Foundation and Y1 – it’s great to see how patient, kind and helpful the older children were and how they asked questions to check the younger children’s understanding. We certainly saw how Foundation and Y1 thoroughly enjoyed sharing their books. Well done everyone!

World Book Day

What a wonderful world book day. So many amazing costumes – thank you to you all. We gathered at the end of the day as a school to celebrate each class filled with many crazy, colourful characters. 3 from each class were lucky enough to win prize for knowing their character so well. You all looked amazing. 📚

Ash Wednesday

Y4, 5 and 6 went to church this morning for Ash Wednesday and shared this special time with our local parishioners. Y5 then came back to school with the ashes blessed by Father Paul to conduct services for Eyfs, Y1, 2 and 3. ⛪️
