Back to school
Today we said a sad farewell to Father Paul as he prepares to move to a new parish in Mansfield. Father Paul has been a tremendous support to The Priory throughout his time with us, offering guidance, encouragement and friendship to our children, families and staff.
Through the celebration of Masses, school events and parish life, he has helped strengthen the special relationship between our school and the wider Catholic community.
Father Paul’s connection to our school is particularly meaningful. Having grown up in Eastwood, with many members of his family either attending or having attended The Priory, he has always shared a special bond with our community. We are truly saddened to see him go and know that he will be greatly missed by children, parents, governors and staff alike.
Whilst we are sorry to be saying goodbye, we wish Father Paul every happiness and success in this new chapter of his ministry. His new parish is incredibly fortunate to be welcoming such a kind, caring and dedicated priest who is so passionate about supporting young people and their families. We thank Father Paul for everything he has done for The Priory and assure him of our prayers and best wishes for the future. His contribution to our school community will not be forgotten.
The Priory team.
