Priory Sports Day

Sports Day 2023 What a fantastic day! Thank you so much to everyone that attended to support and cheer on the children. St Robert Lawrence had a brilliant day winning the trophy for KS1 and KS2! 

District Sports

A fantastic show at District Sports today from KS2. You all performed really well, cheered on others and were very well behaved – a delight to take out of school. Mrs Roberts, Miss Cottrell, Miss Worthington and Miss Fisher had a lovely afternoon so thank you.

Y6 Enterprise success

Walsingham class ran a fantastic afternoon after working hard during their Enterprise week!! We had many different business ideas on the go and all funds raised are going towards our end of year celebrations before we leave!

Y6 Beaumanor Residential

Y6 have just returned from their Beaumanor residential. A good time was had by all. The children were a credit to the school and we all thoroughly had a fantastic time. Thank you to everyone for your help and support during this trip too!

Divsersity Mass

This morning we all attended our end of half term Diversity Mass. It was a time to come together and also welcome our new Y5 chaplaincy team who have taken over from our Y6 team ahead of next year!!

Beauvale Priory Ruins

Walsingham class had the pleasure of visiting Beauvale Priory today to learn about the ruins and how the decisions King Henry VIII made impacted the site.

Ascension Mass

Today, Assisi, Lourdes and Walsingham all went to Mass as a holy day of obligation for the ascension of Jesus. The children were impeccably behaved and a credit to the school. It was a lovely Mass to be part of.

King’s Coronation

A celebration fit for a King! Everyone within school had an excellent afternoon of fun and games organised by the PTA!! Thank you to everyone for your continued support. Happy bank holiday weekend!

Beauvale Pilgrimage Feast Day

Today, the Priory celebrated our annual Feast Day. For this, KS2 led a pilgrimage to Beauvale Priory whilst KS1 stayed in school and completed a mini pilgrimage around the school with the help of St John Houghton students and Rachel.
It has been lovely day to reflect on the history of our school and the children represented the school exemplary throughout!!
